Air quality monitoring is an important procedure to measure and control air pollution from sources such as Construction sites, Unpaved roads, Cements and Readymix plants.
PM1.0 inhalable particles, with diameters that are generally 10 micrometers and smaller.
TSP Total Suspended Particulates present in ambient air.
Gaseous parameters such as Ozone, Ammonia, SO2, NO2, H2S, CO, CO2, O2, and heavy metals
Stacks from boilers and industrial processes will carry pollutants such as SOx, NOx, particles, solvents and other dusts and gases. These can have a detrimental effect on local air quality and for this reason such emissions are often regulated. We offer Monitoring of particulates, heavy metals and other factors; such as..
Mercury | CO/CO2 | NH3 | Moisture |
---|---|---|---|
NOx | O2 | Flow | Dust |
Lead | SO2 | Pressure | NO2 |
Nickel | TOC | Temperature | CxHy |
Noise monitoring refers to occupational noise monitoring and environmental noise pollution control. Understanding and testing the noise in area protect workers from getting noise damage by being exposed to such noise for long periods of time.
Equivalent Continuous Sound Pressure Level, or Leq/LAeq : We have the proper equipment to measure the Max, Min, and Average levels of equivalent noise monitoring.
Heat Stress is monitored at work places for thermal work limits.
Natural and artificial light influence human health, wellbeing and productivity throughout the visual and non-visual systems. The Duration, Intensity and Spectrum Of Light that reaches the eye are determinant factors, that depend on the intensity of light, the duration of exposure, time regime, time of day, spectral composition and the spatial distribution of light . The time of exposure to light and its characteristics, such as illuminance(lux) are crucial for the production of melatonin and serotonin in the human body.
Material Lab is proficient with equipment and resources capable for sampling and testing water quality in accordance with APHA, AWWA, BS, ASTM, USEPA and local authorities such as Dubai Municipality, Regulation and Supervision Bureau (RSB) and Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD). In addition, our experts can handle analysis for trace element in potable water, ground water, chiller water, swimming pool water, Jacuzzi water and waste water.
